Madison Heights Photography Collective strives to create a real community of creatives in the Madison Heights, MI area. We will host model shoots along with inspiration sessions, portfolio builders, and workshops designed to help you become a better photographer and artist. We also want to create partnerships between multiple genres of creative endeavor: art, music, dance, photography, and more. Join us!

From novice to advanced, our goal is to create magic in the studio. Our workshops will mostly be an opportunity for you to build you portfolio. We supply the models, you bring your camera, and see the results. Most workshops will have a number of set stations. You just set your camera to the setting, put on the trigger and shoot away. You learn by doing.

Many photographers would like to learn how to shoot in a professional studio, with professional equipment, live models, and professional instruction.   Typical shoots include four photographers, a professional model, studio costs, all lighting equipment, sets, props and instructor. Each photographer pays $30 to share the costs. We also have specialty shoots such as multiple models, body painting, etc. which might carry a different prices.
